At Mornin' Glow, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must have all original tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sleep masks that have been worn or used
  • Items that have been washed or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hey.themorninglow.com . Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or full refund for verified defective items.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at hey.themorninglow.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Important: Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
